质量功能展开中顾客需求与工程特性的关联度确定方法

摘要: 为了对顾客需求与工程特性的关联度竞争信息做全面评估,从系统学的角度分析顾客需求与工程特性的关联度,提出一种充分考虑企业内外部环境的关联度确定方法。针对企业的内部环境,使用精确的数字标度给出偏好信息,集结成员的相对重要度确定生产关联度和资源关联度。为有效反映企业外部市场信息的不准确性,使用区间数表征顾客需求和工程特性的竞争评价,进而构建并求解目标规划模型,以得到最优的市场关联度。基于顾客需求与工程特性生产关联度、资源关联度和市场关联度的合成,给出综合关联度的计算方法。以自动吸盘的改进为例,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: To evaluate the competitive Relationship Values (RVs) information of Customer Requirements (CRs) and Engineering Characteristics (ECs) completely,RVs of CRs and ECs from the viewpoint of systematic was analyzed,and a determination method of RVs by considering enterprises'internal and external environments was proposed.For the enterprise'internal environment,the preference information was given by using accurate digital scale,and the Production Relationship Values (PRVs) and Resource Relationship Values (RRVs) were determined by integrating with the relative importance.To reflect the inaccuracy of market information in an effective way,interval numbers were utilized to express the competition of CRs and ECs,and an objective optimal model was constructed to get the best Market Relationship Values (MRVs).Based on the combination of PRVs,RRVs and MRVs of CRs and ECs,the computing method of comprehensive RVs was given.The validity and feasibility of this approach was illustrated with a real-world case of HC automatic suction.
